We will organise a pick up on Sunday from Cagliari airport and drive to Cala Gonone.

On Monday morning, after a peaceful breakfast, our guides will meet the group and settle the last details for the week. …and then, climbing begins!

Cala Gonone is the most famous climbing location in Sardinia. There are 52 climbing sectors and over a thousand sport climbing routes. The magnitude of limestone and its excellent gave great popularity to Cala Gonone since the eighties, when the first climbers landed on the island. During our stay here we will choose the best crags, accordingly with on the group’s skills and weather conditions. You probably have heard of the sectors Cala Luna, Fuili, Millennium, La Poltrona, Buchi Arta and Monte Oddeu. These and many other sectors are located on a 2 miles radius around Cala Gonone. Our schedule is very flexible and the crag of choice can be decided day by day.

At the end of each day we will take an aperitif by the sea, after which you will be free to return to your accommodation or stay and have dinner with the group. Anyhow, on Thursday evening we will have a group dinner at a local farmhouse, where you can taste some very special Sardinian delicacies.

On Thursday morning we will move to Ulassai, which is becoming the ‘new Ceuse’, with plenty of vertical walls and really challenging routes. On the evening of Sunday we will have a group dinner on a local organic farm, tasting Sardinian typical food, cured hams, wine and liqueurs. The Canyon alone has over 120 problems, spanning from easy 4 grades to challenging 6 and extreme 8. On Monday and Tuesday we will climb on some of the many crags surrounding the town.

On Saturday, our last day of climbing, we will go to Baunei, to put hands on its epic crags. That evening we will have a group dinner on our favorite organic farm in Ulassai.

Sunday morning is good-bye time, we provide transfer to Cagliari airport, or you can stop for longer.

If you want to take a day off at any time,  to rest or enjoy swimming, mountain-biking or trekking, we have connections with many local sport association and can help you finding the perfect alternative sport.
