At lunch<\/strong>, we\u2019ll stop by the sea for a refreshing break and a dip in the crystal-clear waters<\/strong>, savoring our first contact with Sardinia\u2019s wild nature. We will face incredible aerial passages<\/strong> created by shepherds, following the tracks of these daring mountaineers.<\/p>\nAt lunch<\/strong>, we will stop by the sea to refresh ourselves and enjoy the crystal-clear waters<\/strong>, before continuing toward the most technical and spectacular section of the entire Selvaggio Blu<\/strong>: an exposed, intricate, and breathtaking section<\/strong>, the true heart of this unique itinerary.<\/p>\nAfter the equipped passages and rope descents, we will reach Bacu Padente<\/strong>, where we will spend the last night outdoors<\/strong>.<\/p>\nHere, in one of the few still intact forests of the Supramonte<\/strong>, we will pitch our tents under the majestic ancient holm oaks (Quercus ilex)<\/strong> and set up camp for a special evening. Two thrilling consecutive rappels of 25 and 45 meters<\/strong> await us to reach the base and continue along our route.<\/p>\nAround lunchtime, we will tackle a via ferrata<\/strong> that will take us up the Plummare spur<\/strong>, before descending the other side with a 35-meter rappel<\/strong>. But that\u2019s not all: one final 20-meter descent<\/strong> represents the last technical passage before reaching Cala Sisine<\/strong>, where we will celebrate the conclusion of the trek with a refreshing swim<\/strong>.<\/p>\nWeather permitting, a boat will take us on an exciting 90-minute ride<\/strong> back to Santa Maria Navarese. If conditions are unfavorable, we will instead travel in a comfortable off-road vehicle<\/strong>. We will face incredible aerial passages<\/strong> created by shepherds, following the tracks of these daring mountaineers.<\/p>\n At lunch<\/strong>, we will stop by the sea to refresh ourselves and enjoy the crystal-clear waters<\/strong>, before continuing toward the most technical and spectacular section of the entire Selvaggio Blu<\/strong>: an exposed, intricate, and breathtaking section<\/strong>, the true heart of this unique itinerary.<\/p>\n After the equipped passages and rope descents, we will reach Bacu Padente<\/strong>, where we will spend the last night outdoors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Here, in one of the few still intact forests of the Supramonte<\/strong>, we will pitch our tents under the majestic ancient holm oaks (Quercus ilex)<\/strong> and set up camp for a special evening.
