ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
By signing below, **I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions** related to the services offered by Climbing Sardinia (through its instructors, members, and personnel).
1. Premise and Awareness of Risks
- Crucial Information: Climbing Sardinia has informed me that the activity (despite the provision of adequate equipment and qualified instructors) **is not exempt from risks**.
- Nature of Risks: I am aware that the risks are **inherent to the activity** and contribute to its unique nature.
- Potential Consequences: These risks may cause: loss/damage of equipment, accidental personal injury, illness, or, in extreme cases, **permanent disability and death**.
- Voluntariness: My participation is **purely voluntary**, and I choose to participate with **full awareness** of the inherent risks.
2. List of Risks (Non-Exhaustive Examples)
The following are some (but not all) of the possible risks:

| Terrain/Objects | Falling objects from above, Unstable/loose rock, Scree, Boulders, Slippery ground. |
| Activity/Injuries | Falls and injuries, Dehydration, Equipment failure/injuries (despite reasonable care). |
| Logistical/Human | Encounters with wildlife, Guide error, Reckless behavior by others, **Limited ability/possibility of assistance or rescue**. |
3. Weather Management and Changes
I am aware that:
- In case of bad weather, the guides will decide whether it is safe to proceed or if it is more prudent to stop/cancel the activity.
- The plan may be subject to changes or cancellation in its entirety.
- Any additional services must be paid for separately.
4. Participant Declarations and Acceptance of Responsibility
- I acknowledge that I have the responsibilities of a participant and that I am **fully capable** of participating.
- I acknowledge that staff has been available to explain the nature, physical demands, risks, and hazards more fully.
I ASSUME AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY:
For myself (bodily injury, death, loss of personal property, and expenses) resulting from all risks (identified and not specifically identified).
For all **minor children** under my custody/control in relation to the same risks.
By signing below, I agree that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, estate, and all members of my family, including minor children.
